Just like the last 4 years, we at Noccarc celebrated the 75th Independence Day with utmost pride, patriotism, and love for the nation.
However, this 5th year of our company stands out the most among all the past celebrations.
This year, we also celebrated the initiation of the ‘Leave Independence Policy’. Our dynamic leaders have launched a new leave policy for the Noccarc team.
We took this initiative in the spirit of our core values: People Empowerment and a Culture of Trust.
How does it work? It’s simple, really.
Every team member is allowed to take unlimited leaves during their tenure.
That’s right! We, at Noccarc, have decided to showcase our trust in our employees’ work ethic.
We have decided to enable our teammates to pace themselves and take care of their mental and physical health whenever they need.
