Pav Bhaji (पाव भाजी):
रेसिपी:
आलू, मटर, और गाजर को उबालें और मैश करें।
एक पैन में प्याज, टमाटर, और शिमला मिर्च को तड़के में तलें।
पाव भाजी मसाला, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी, और नमक डालें।

Quick Simple BLUE SHAKE
1/2 cup pineapple, canned or fresh (if canned drain first)
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
5 ice cubes
1/3 cup club soda or water Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend on High Speed for 2 minutes, or until ice is crushed. Pour in a glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and a drink umbrella, or with a strawberry sliced halfway through.

Paneer Pan Fried Recipe
INGREDIENTS :[for the pan fried paneer]
Paneer : 300gm
Cumin Powder : 1/2tsp
Coriander Powder : 1/2tsp
Aamchur Powder : 1/2tsp
Garam Masala Powder : 1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2tsp
Red Chilli Powder : 1tsp
Salt : As Required
Mustard Oil : 2+3 tbsp [for colour, other oils can be used]
INGREDIENTS : [ for the sautéed onion and chillies]
Onion : 2 medium to big
Red Chilli : 2 those big, fat variety
Green Chilli : 2 those big, fat variety
Black Pepper Powder : 1/2tsp
Chat Masala : 1/2tsp
Salt : As Required
Oil : 2tsp
METHOD :
Cut the paneer block into smaller cubes. Marinate the paneer cubes with all the spice powders, salt and 2tbsp mustard oil. Keep aside for half an hour.
Peel, wash and slice the onions. Wash and chop the chillies.
Heat 2tsp oil in a wok. Add the sliced onions, saute till soft and pink. Add the chopped chillies. Once they are a bit soft, add salt, black pepper and chat masala. Stir well for a minute.
Heat 3tbsp oil in a pan, Gently place the marinated paneer cubes on the pan discarding the marinade. We will cook all sides for 1-2 minutes each at low heat.
Transfer to a serving plate.

Baked bread rolls, an unusual noodle based filling with a dash of peppy schezuan sauce makes these tasty bread rolls an ideal mini meal. Here we provides a simple and easy Baked Bread Rolls recipe. You can adjust the spices as per your child’s liking!
Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 7 minutes
Baking Time : 30 minutes
Baking Temperature : 200ºC (400ºF)
Makes : 8 rolls
Ingredients
For The Stuffing
Oil 2 tsp
Finely chopped spring onion with the greens 2 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
Grated carrot 2 tbsp
Shredded cabbage 1/4 cup
Boiled whole wheat noodles, roughly chopped 1/2 cup
ANANDA PANEER Finely chopped 1/4 cup
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Schezuan sauce 1 tsp
Sugar A pinch of
Salt and freshly ground black pepper powder To taste
Other Ingredients
8 whole wheat bread slices
4 1/2 tsp butter for greasing and cooking
Method
For the Stuffing
Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the spring onions, capsicum, carrots and cabbage, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the noodles, paneer, soya sauce, schezuan sauce, sugar, salt and pepper, toss gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
How to Proceed
Remove the crust from the bread slices and roll each using a rolling pin. Cover with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside.
Place 2 tbsp of the stuffing in the centre of a bread slice and roll it up tightly.
Apply some water at the edges and press to seal the stuffing.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 7 more bread rolls.
Apply butter evenly on the bread rolls and arrange them on a greased baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºc (400ºf) for 20 to 25 minutes or till they turn golden brown in color.
How to Pack
Cool slightly, unmold and wrap in an aluminum foil or cling film or pack in a Tiffin box.

BADAM PISTA KULFI RECIPE
The ever popular kulfi flavored with almonds and pistachios. Here we provides a easy and simple Badam Pista Kulfi recipe
Preparation Time : 40-45 minutes
Cooking Time : 15-20 minutes
Servings : 4
Ingredients
Almonds, coarsely ground 12-15
Pistachios, coarsely ground 15-20
Saffron (kesar) a pinch
ANANDA FULL CREAM MILK 1 1/2 litres
CONDENSED MILK 400 grams
ANANDA KHOYA grated 1/4 cup
Method
Heat the milk in a thick bottom pan. When the milk begins to boil, add saffron, lower the heat and simmer, stirring, till the milk is reduced by half.
Add the condensed milk, almonds and pistachios and mix well.
Cook for three to four minutes, stirring continuously.
Take the pan off the heat and set aside to let the mixture cool.
Add the khoya and mix well. Pour into individual kulfi molds and place them in the freezer to set.
When well set, de-mold and serve immediately.
