Job Description:
Job Pos.: Hr Executive.
Experience: 0 to 3 Yrs (Freshers can apply)
Salary: 15000 to 25000 P.M.
Job Location: Magarpatta City, Pune.

We are hiring Fresh and Experience candidate for the post of HR for Bangalore based Hospitality Service providing company for Pune location.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with team lead for the requirements
• Screen CVs and scheduling interview
• Conduct the first round of interview and arrange for technical interview
• Drafting letters (Offer, Termination, etc.,)
• Maintaining all employee details.
• Evaluation of employees performance.
• Assist with campus requirements and walk-in
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels of staff
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the
employees.
Responsible for muster Updation daily basis.
• Handling administration of all contract labor.
• Should have advance verbal and written communication skills in English.
