FRACTAL: Russian Nesting Dolls

Our best definition of Fractal, where the Inside is the same as the Outside,
is the image of a pregnant Mother, ready to have a baby.
The Mother is the Long Wave,
and she has successfully made a miniature copy of herSelf (the Short Wave)
and thus ensured her survival into the future.
(This act of Self-Similarity was the missing link that made the internet work,
how to successfully send a compressed large file into a small file that retains its wholeness).
Thus Fractal is not about Fractions but rather the opposite,
its about the nesting of the Mother within the Grandmother,
about the Girl within the Mother, and the Baby within the Girl,
an infinite process bridging the Macro to the Micro.
This is shown beautifully and elegantly in the wooden Matryoshka Dolls that nest in decreasing size
and placed one inside the other.
Interestingly, "Matryoshka" means "little Matron" or "Matryona",
and is sometimes referred to as "Babushka Dolls", meaning "Grandmother".
With this knowledge, these Russian Nesting Dolls, would make a great gift.
