Here are some ways Men Can Spend Their Time to Indulge In Taking Care of Their Mental Health
Martial arts - full body and mind balance
Reflect on your entire day - negative to positive self talk
Meditate/yoga/cycling/swimming
Listen to your favorite music And just enjoy
Watching humor and comedy makes you feel light
Silence and breathe sometimes
Twice a week head massage with a family member, to yourself, or a salon
The important thing is to Take action to change the negative to positive from the previous day to next day and not repeat mistakes after identifying and accepting them

This International Men’s Day let’s try to make an effort to understand and extend support to Men too.
It is typically expected for men to be strong emotionally due to their stronger exterior than women. But this biological difference need not apply to psychology.
Due to societal expectations it therefore becomes difficult for men to express their emotions. Most Men don’t accept or express and then there are
Men who accept and express but their family disregards them.
Men and family who accept feel weak to come out socially and finally
Men who pass all these phases, they have been thrown with so many responsibilities that they don’t find time or importance or awareness to do things take care of their mental health.
So this International Men’s Day… Let’s Break The Stereotypes and Support Men To Express and Give them A Chance to Take Care of Their Well-being, for a Man Who Is Psychologically Taken Care of is more Capable Of Taking Care Of The Family and Workplace Well-being.

Here are 5 reasons I suggest you must take journaling to your heart
1. YOUR JOURNAL CAN BE YOUR BEST FREIND - Imagine having a friend who knows all your secrets and how light you would feel to share the good and especially the things you want to vent but you don’t want others to know. Your journal will take in and keep safe all of your secrets, your venting, allowing you to express freely without hurting anyone.
