रायगड येथील होळीच्या माळावरील छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज यांचा पुतळा. रायगड स्वराज्याची राजधानी होती.महाराजांचा राज्याभिषेक याच गडावर झाला होता.रायगड हा महाराष्ट्रातील डोंगराळ किल्ला आहे.

Statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on the Holi ground at Raigad. Raigad was the capital of the Swarajya Empire. The coronation of the Maharaja took place on this fort. Raigad is a hill fort in Maharashtra.

होळीचा माळ, रायगड. हे मोठे विस्तीर्ण मैदान होळीच्या वेळेस होळी पेटवण्यास वापरला जात असावा म्हणून याला "होळीचा माळ" असे संबोधतात. या होळीच्या माळावर छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांचा पुतळा आहे. या पुतळ्यासमोर बाजारपेठाचे अवशेष दिसतात. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Holi Mal, Raigad. This large expanse of ground is called "Holi Maal" as it was used to light Holi during that time.There is a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on this Holi ground. The remains of the market(Bajarpeth) are visible in front of this statue.

नगारखान्याकडून डावीकडे उतरून आले की, समोर जी मोकळी जागा दिसते तो ‘होळीचा माळ’. तेथेच आता शिवछत्रपतींचा भव्य पुतळा बसवलेला आहे. पुतळ्यासमोर जे दोन रांगांमध्ये भव्य अवशेष दिसतात तीच शिवाजी महाराजांचा काळातील बाजारपेठ. पेठेचा दोन रांगात प्रत्येकी २२ दुकाने आहेत. दोन रांगांमधून जवळजवळ चाळीस फूट रुंदीचा रस्ता आहे.हे बाजार पेठ आजही हुबेहुब जसेचा तसेच आहे.

Coming down from the city hall to the left, the open space in front is the 'Holi Mal'. There is now a huge statue of Shivchhatrapati there. In the two rows in front of the statue, the magnificent relics are the market of Shivaji Maharaj's time. BajarPeth(Market) has 22 shops in two rows each. The road is about forty feet wide between the two lanes.
