We may have missed the title but Samurai won everyone's heart ❤️

Sammy gave his best shot at the Trials this weekend, and being true to his character, he did not Out in the last scenario. Somehow he knew that it's his last Trial and attempted all the scenarios beautifully with his whole spirit and full strength. He had a winning expression on his face when he returned to me after happily biting the decoy in the call off, and I couldn't be more proud of him.

The loud and noisy Samurai, the Badshah of Dogologic, and Mumma's Boy retires gracefully from the sport. He will surely miss this sport which gave him the opportunity to bite his favourite decoys over the years.

Samurai of Dogologic steps onto the trial field for his final attempt from tomorrow.
All that needs to be said about Samurai has been said by all the people he has met and the decoys he has bitten.
Many dog trainers have guided their dogs into trial champions but Samurai is one of a select few that pushes his handler to improve.

We are 3 days away from the trials that we have named in the honour of the dog that introduced many in the country to what an amazing working dog is capable of, our annual trials will henceforth be renamed to honour his legacy.
