This International Celiac Disease Day, let’s raise awareness about a condition that often goes unnoticed.

Celiac disease is not just a food intolerance — it is an autoimmune condition triggered by gluten that can affect digestion, nutrition, energy levels, growth, skin, fertility, and overall well-being.

Early diagnosis and the right dietary support can transform lives. Genetic factors like HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 play a major role in susceptibility, making genetics an important part of understanding the condition.

Listen to your body. Awareness leads to better health.
