Most paper packaging looks eco-friendly, but a hidden plastic coating keeps it from truly composting. is changing that — crafting coatings, inks, and materials made from plant gums, seaweed, and agro-waste that perform like plastic but break down like nature. From wool-waste foams to plastic-free barrier boxes, they’re proving that sustainable packaging can be both functional and compostable. Inside their Pune studio are workers like Sandhya, who joined the team with a 50% rise in income, weekly holidays, and steady hours. Today she assembles packaging, operates semi-automated machines, and receives her salary directly in her bank account. For her, this job is more than work. It’s dignity, stability, and a pathway out of informal labour. As part of , a collective impact initiative, Social Alpha is supporting start-ups like Go Do Good that are driving circularity while creating dignified livelihoods.

It’s the most difficult part to overcome grief. On this day, three years ago we lost an integral part of Go Do Good!

While he’s not with us in this realm, we wanted our ever-growing team to know him.

He got culture to the company that we wish to carry forward. Intro on the website About us page or a frame was not enough for us.

Tekdi ideation and brainstorming sessions was a ritual and we want to make sure we continue that as we grow.

And while, deep down we’re still in shock and denial of the truth, we want to take this day for what he would have done. Pause, reflect and make sure we think deep and think through.
