Hey! Here are the details for our upcoming Handstand Course 🤸‍♂️

It’s an 8-week structured program focused on building strength, balance & handstand control.

🗓️ Timings:
• Wednesdays – 7:30 to 8:30 PM
• Saturdays – 10:00 to 11:00 AM
(You can choose either one or register for both sessions.)

💰 Fees:
• ₹5,000 – One class per week
• ₹8,900 – Both classes per week

📍 Location: Param Yogshala, Aundh Pune

L-sit is a core exercise which will either make or break your holding capacity. In most of the hand-balancing poses you should be able to breathe with your core braced, which is easier said than done.

So to practice breathing while the core is braced along with increasing the strength and endurance of the core muscles, L-sit is a must do exercise for all hand-balancing enthusiasts.

A great exercise to understand core activation and also increase shoulder mobility at the same time. Hand-balancing postures are interrelated, that is learning the scorpion pose will have some carry over effect in the handstand.

It will make learning handstand easier. Same applies for other postures as well. The more you learn, the faster you learn. 💪
