This upcoming bungalow near Bavdhan explores modern-contemporary living through material honesty and bold spatial design. The exposed brick façade lends warmth and tactility, while the volumetric composition creates a striking play of light, masses, and voids. With minimal detailing and refined forms, the architecture balances raw textures with timeless elegance.

RAGHUKUL is an 3bhk Row Housing Unit Bunglow designed in contemporary style within shortest time span of just a month. Precisely played in volumes design follows a contextual orientated planning. With Living n Kitchen on ground floor and 2 Master bedrooms on First floor along with an Parents bedroom. The spaces are North East facing giving each spaces adequate amount of light to play. The best part of designing this bunglow was the VERTICAL BLINDS SCREEN ALONG WITH A GLASS FACADE which provides a visual privacy allowing light to enter and play in patterns.
2 master bed volumes creating a mass projection makes the space more intimidating.
