Roles and Responsibilities -
Participate and gather business requirements with supporting documentation (BRD, SRS, etc).
- Provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) and Manual Testing.
- Detect and track software defects and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, the team, and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of the STLC lifecycle, types of testing, testing strategy, and test ex*****on.
- Customer convincing skills and experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Flexible for travel required during client acquisitions or training.
- Able to conceptualize designs, collaborate well, and ensure maximum usability.
- Support the discovery phase with innovative and impactful systems solutions.
- Build/review mockups and wireframes and convey requirements to the team.

6. Collaborate with frontend developers (HTML5, CSS3) for seamless integration.
7. Implement security, data protection, and performance optimization.
8. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
9. Use tools like Git, Redis, Postman, and work with Azure/AWS cloud concepts.
