Beginning with the land, the views and the experience.

Conceptual masterplanning study for “MALHAR” — a 2.5 acre mountain plot currently under exploration by Creative 7.

From site visits and terrain understanding to hand-sketched planning concepts, the process is focused on creating a sensitive response to the natural landscape while shaping meaningful spatial experiences.

The early sketch stage always carries a unique energy — raw ideas, instinctive planning and a deeper connection with the site.

It is the Love n Grace of Bappa which keeps us going forward with affection, dreams and blessings. This year 2025, the focus has been on “sustainability” a subject closer to my heart as an Architect.

With All thats sustainable, We built this abode for Our bappa and welcome him with whole heart as a Family. afterall its a privilege to be able to know his blessings, to pray for his grace, to be in his presence and to be soaked in a super positive energy of our home.

We his sons, pray to do better each passing moment and day and year as we tread this path of life.

ps: If you are curious, Here are our few msgs at sustainability we tried to get thru in the attempt of it all

# Rainwater harvesting to save the water.
# solar panel to harness the electrical energy.
# segregation of waste for organic output.
# Household compost of wet waste to generate manure.green gold.
# preference of organic over plastic.

Many of which today are practice of need for better greener and prosperous future for not just us but the gen further!

The more 2025 Reveals itself, there are two words I think about it.

GRATITUDE

For all the Life Opportunities, Likeminded People, New projects, Business ventures, Parents love, Goodtimes with loved ones, Travel escapades, New abodes but above all the ability to see simply observe my life path and be grateful about it. Not sometime but every single day.

PEACE OF MIND

There are days when its all overwhelming, Moments of down and despair, Overthinking paralysis, Blame games, anxiety attacks, Over induldging, Old patterning comes in with full force.

I say let it come in.

You stand strong, Call the Peaceful Innerself right in forefront, Let it all go, meditate, Seek guidance. Any thing and Anyone trying to drain your energy is not worth your time and attention.

Trust me times will change and things that once affected you will no longer matter.

But for that to happen, you have to Unlearn the oldways, U have to learn to identify the old patterns we get stuck in and do something about it. Step back and observe. Something good and precious comes out of it.

That is what I call Peace of mind. The ability to Choose your welbeing in kind way, Ability to go easy on urself and welcome ur true self to emerge.
