Sarusa Picante is a cocktail that truly packs a punch.

Bringing the spice of sansho pepper to the drink, this cocktail is made with pickled jalapeno salsa, citrus, coriander, and tequila.

The sansho pepper, which is a Japanese green pepper is the hero here. It’s mild spicy level and fresh aroma add to the flavour of this cocktail.

When life gives us mangoes, we make the Tropical Mango Salad.

A part of our special Mango Matsuri menu, which celebrates mango in every way, this salad showcases aam papad.

While mango remains the hero, you will also get bites of oak leaf, mix lettuce, and crispy cashew, all tossed together in a sweet and sour dressing.

🍣Mango Temari Zushi comes from Japan where small rice balls, called Temari, are cooked on happy occasions. We were feeling happy about mango season, so we added our spin to Temari.

It’s mango season 🥭 which means, our Mango Sticky Rice is back on the menu.

Made with glutinous sticky rice as it’s sweeter, this dessert has origins in Thailand. But it’s eaten all across southeast Asia.

The sweet condensed milk, sweet-tangy mango with rice is truly a summer dish that everyone enjoys.
