I am very happy to share that I am officially starting a new position as a CEO of RBIS Technology Pvt Ltd.

I am thankful to my entire family who helped me to reach at this position.

Let me walk you through my life journey from waiter to entrepreneur...

I was born in a very poor family. My parents both used to work in other people's farm as we did not have our own farm. Whatever they earned was barely enough to feed our small family. The good thing was that in my family no one had any addictions. So whatever they earned was used wisely, for the well-being of everybody.

In my school days, I used to sell some bakery items. I would wake up early in the morning around 6 am, go around on my bicycle selling bakery items till 8.30 am, and then go to school.

In 2005, I gave my 10th exam. In the following summer holidays, I started working in a restaurant as a waiter where I used to get paid Rs.1,500 per month.

In 2007, I gave my 12th exam. In the following summer holidays, I started working with other workers on the farm on daily-wage basis.

I did BCA from 2007-2010. Throughout those three years, I was working in my college's Earn-and-Learn scheme where I was getting monthly Rs.2,000 for working a couple of hours in the college. After working in the college, I used to work in an advocate's office as a typist to earn some more money. Despite doing two jobs, I was able to complete BCA with First Class.

I did well in MCA CET and got 83 percentile. As a result, I got admission in North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. As it was University department, I could complete my MCA in very less fees and yet got access to a highly qualified teaching staff.

I came to Pune in 2013 to search for a job. Pretty soon, I exhausted my paltry savings and ran out of money. I couldn't even pay my mess bills. So I called one of my friend's brother, Vaibhav Shelke, who was in IT at that time. He offered me Rs.5,000 for paying my mess bills. I am always thankful to Vaibhav for giving me help when I needed it the most!

In September 2013, I got my first job and then I never looked back. I started with a decent salary, and kept getting good increments. I made sure that I saved a lot of it.

In 2022, my wife started RBIS Technology Private Limited. Now RBIS is in a very good position where we have well-known customers like EY, Tata International Limited, Catalyst Business Innovations, AEREM, Atimsoft, and more. Currently, RBIS has 25 full-time employees working from the office and a couple of consultants working remotely.

As I take on this new role as CEO of RBIS Technology Pvt. Ltd., I look forward to taking RBIS to the next level. In FY2024-25, we aim to grow rapidly to 3X of what we are right now. I need your blessings and support to make it happen!
