Like last year, this year too we will be manufacturing a reinforced carbon fibre monocoque chassis to meet our initial goal of making a compact pod. It has the advantage of being both lightweight and rugged, which aids in the overall power-to-weight ratio.

Carbon fibre has characteristics similar to steel and has weight similar to that of plastic. Carbon fibre parts have a substantially greater strength to weight ratio (as well as stiffness to weight ratio) than steel or plastic parts.

Again, we would like to extend our gratitude to Endeavour Engineering for providing us with such high quality Carbon Fiber.

The manufacturing of our upcoming pod has begun. This year again we want to develop the majority of the items in-house. We've collaborated with Endeavour Engineering to make our concept a reality. They're mass distributors of Carbon fiber while making carbon fibre, aramid fibre, and glass fibre composite products. We're grateful to them for providing us with carbon fibre, which will allow us to manufacture our chassis. Thank you once again.

We're happy to announce that we've successfully cleared the first round of the European Hyperloop Week Competition.

We'd like to express our gratitude to all of the faculty members and sponsors for their invaluable assistance during the process.

We are delighted to announce Altium as one of our software sponsors. Their leading PCB design tools help us create a seamless connection between electrical components and controllers.

We'd want to express our gratitude to the Hyperloop Development Program for taking the effort to collect and bring all of the teams together in order to spread hyperloop technology around the world. We all must focus on how to make others understand and adapt to disruptive technology. The goal is to bring all hyperloop communities together and advance the technology's frontier so that it is accessible to everyone and recognized by all.

We were honoured to have Mr. Jan Drbohlav and Mr. Dheeraj Bangad , Volkswagen representatives, as well as Mr. Pravin V Patil, visit our workshop. It was a wonderful experience explaining the hyperloop technology we're working on and how we're helping to make it a reality. Thank you very much for coming to see us and for providing us the opportunity to showcase our pod prototype. We'll work on implementing the suggestions given by all of you. We've been energised by your enthusiasm and hope to see you again in the future.

We would like to express our heart-felt gratitude to Mr. Srinivas Mantrala, Vice President of Afcons Instrastructure Limited, for visiting our workshop with the Quintrans Hyperloop Executives. Making him visit our workshop and showing him runs of Bose, our first functional hyperloop prototype, was a delightful experience. We learned a lot from him owing to his vast expertise in transport and railways over the years. He examined our work and provided much-needed feedback, all while encouraging us to revolutionise transportation.

The most crucial aspect of any vehicle production is testing. It helps you get closer to your end goal. It teaches you a lot about the pod and some important details that you might not have considered while designing it.
The failed attempts are a natural part of testing. It was one of the most fantastic moments in our team's history when we finally got Bose to run and brake together after our fair share of failed testing attempts.
It was magnificent to see our pod run at 50 km/hr. Now it's time to raise the speed, to make it the fastest pod of this year!

Last year was a whirlwind for us. Everything came to a halt, but we did not let the pandemic prevent us from achieving our goal and moving closer to our dream. With great teamwork and unity, we demonstrated that even the most seemingly insurmountable obstacles can be easily overcome. While we cherish our work for the year, we are beginning to work on our upcoming projects.

We're eager to present to you the panel of our first working prototype, Bose. Our hyperloop pod's aeroshell is made of carbon fibre and is supposed to give it a more aerodynamic shape. It has been completely designed and built in-house. We'd like to thank all our sponsors, IBM, FEV, Aeron, FESTO, and faculty for their support.
