Enspiration – A Coffee Table Book of Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs

Skilletz Foundation introduced Enspiration, a unique coffee table book dedicated to celebrating the inspiring journeys of women entrepreneurs from different walks of life. The book was created with the vision of giving visibility, recognition, and encouragement to women who transformed challenges into opportunities through courage, determination, and innovation. Enspiration is not just a collection of stories, but a platform that highlights the strength, resilience, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of women who dared to dream and take action.

The book features inspiring stories of women entrepreneurs who started small yet created meaningful impact in their communities and industries. Many of these women balanced personal responsibilities while building businesses with passion and perseverance. Their journeys reflect determination, self-belief, leadership, and the power of never giving up despite obstacles and societal limitations.

Through Enspiration, the Foundation aimed to motivate aspiring entrepreneurs, especially women and youth, to believe in their own potential and pursue their dreams confidently. स्किलेट्झ फाउंडेशन आणि रिलायन्स मॉल, एरंडवणे ह्यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने खास महिलांसाठी 21 जून रोजी आंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस आणि "सक्षमतेची वारी" हा अनोखा आणि प्रेरणादायी उपक्रम उत्साहात आयोजित करण्यात आला.

स्किलेट्झ सक्षम कम्युनिटीमधील सर्व महिला उद्योजिकांसाठी फाउंडेशनच्या सभासद तथा योग प्रशिक्षक श्रीमती शितल कुमावत यांनी योगाचे शारीरिक, मानसिक आणि भावनिक आरोग्यासाठी असलेले महत्त्व समजावून सांगितले. त्यांनी दैनंदिन जीवनात सहज करता येतील अशी काही सोपी योगासने आणि प्राणायाम प्रकार शिकवले. या सत्रामुळे उपस्थित महिलांना निरोगी जीवनशैलीचा संदेश मिळाला.

यानंतर "सक्षमतेची वारी" या विशेष उपक्रमांतर्गत महिला उद्योजिकांनी स्वतः तयार केलेली उत्पादने हातात घेऊन पारंपरिक वारीचे प्रतीकात्मक सादरीकरण केले. "फेर धरला विठू नामाचा" या गजरात आणि भक्तिमय वातावरणात सर्वांनी एकत्र येऊन समाजाच्या, कुटुंबाच्या आणि सर्व महिला उद्योजिकांच्या प्रगतीसाठी प्रार्थना केली.

या उपक्रमातून आरोग्य, अध्यात्म, उद्योजकता आणि महिला सक्षमीकरण यांचा सुंदर संगम अनुभवायला मिळाला. तसेच महिलांच्या आत्मविश्वासाला बळ देत त्यांना एकमेकांशी जोडण्याचे आणि त्यांच्या उद्योजकीय प्रवासाला प्रेरणा देण्याचे महत्त्वपूर्ण कार्य या कार्यक्रमाद्वारे साध्य झाले.

Leadership Development for Youth

Youth development has always been one of the core focus areas of Skilletz Foundation. The Foundation strongly believes that the future of society depends on nurturing responsible, ethical, and visionary leaders among today’s youth. With this vision, the Foundation has continuously organized leadership development programs, entrepreneurship sessions, capacity-building workshops, innovation discussions, and value-based learning initiatives for students and young individuals.

These programs encouraged youth to think beyond marks, degrees, and conventional career paths, inspiring them to develop confidence, communication skills, leadership qualities, creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. The Foundation emphasized that true leadership is not about power or authority, but about responsibility, empathy, integrity, and creating positive impact in society.

Through interactive sessions and meaningful engagements, many students gained the confidence to express ideas, take initiative, work collaboratively, and contribute toward community and nation-building. The Foundation also promoted the concept of Spiritual Leadership, encouraging youth to lead with purpose, compassion, ethics, and self-awareness.

One of the proud milestones in this journey was creating a record in the Indian Book of Records, where more than 1000 students across India came together to take a pledge on Spiritual Leadership and value-based living. This achievement reflected the Foundation’s commitment toward shaping future-ready, socially conscious, and ethically driven young leaders for a better tomorrow.

Today, MeSaksham has officially received Trademark recognition, making it one of the Foundation’s important intellectual properties. The initiative was created to help women rediscover their identity, confidence, and strengths. Many women possess immense capabilities but often suppress their dreams due to societal expectations and lack of encouragement. MeSaksham became a platform where women could learn, express themselves, and grow confidently. The initiative focused on emotional empowerment along with entrepreneurship and skill development. Workshops and sessions encouraged women to believe in their own potential and leadership abilities. Participants gradually developed stronger confidence and communication skills through these programs. The Foundation believes that empowered women become role models within their communities. MeSaksham continues to inspire women to move from hesitation toward self-expression and independence.
