My nephew just turned 18 and wanted a big and unique flavored cake for his birthday because he has a huge circle of friends. So one layer I was used cream and mascarpone cheese frosting and another layer dark chocolate couverture ganache and decorate with chocolate shreds .

Genoese sponge layered with creamy cremeux chocolate and vanilla chantilly cream . For cremeux we used dark chocolate couverture 46.5 % and vanilla chantilly cream used heavy double cream and vanilla extract and decorate with African violate flowers . 🍰🍫🥚🌾🌸

For decoration I always choose fresh home grown flowers and leaves which are non-toxic same like a our ingredients. I always prefer to use organic n unpolished flour n other imported raw materials. 🎂🌸🌿.

Client want all types of dry fruits in cake like a Pecan, Hazelnut, Cashew, Pistachios, Almond so I made customised cake for her but I wanted to give my touch so I added fresh rose petals, rose water, honey n cherries ❤️

Almond pistachio nougat cake . Spongy n soft . Melt in the mouth in a second.
Used French butter n vanilla extract to improve taste
