How to find RPM or Dia of Driven pulley or Driver pulley?

Pulley use to transmission power from one place to another place.

Vernier caliper
Welcome you

We use vernier caliper for measuring thickness, length, outer diameter, inner diameter and depth of object.
On vernier two type of scales present one is main scale and second is vernier scale.
0.02mm is least count (minimum value that we can measure with the help of vernier caliper) of vernier caliper.
We can measure in mm and inches with the help of vernier caliper.
Its a Mechanical vernier caliper in picture but nowdays digital vernier caliper also available in market.
Material- Carbon Steel

Mode of heat transfer?
There are three mode of heat transfer
In picture
1st one is convection or we can say direct mode of heat transfer because in this case object directly in contact with heat.
For example- at last paragraph of post
Second is conduction or we can say a mode in which heat transfer from source to object by the help of any metals or body.
In picture it's showing that one end of metal rod is hot red and heat transfer to other end by the help of molecules.
For example- at last paragraph of post

Third is Radiation
In this type heat transfer from source to object by the help of any medium (air, radiation).

For example- when we boil water in a fry pan then
The base of frypan getting heat by convection.
Frypan handle also get hot after sometime that is conduction.
If you close your hands to frypan( please don't touch frypan and please keep minimum distance from pan 100mm to 200mm) your hand will feel heat that is third mode of heat transfer is Radiation.

Reducer-
In our previous post you learn about Reducer and concentric reducer,in this post we learn about ecentric Reducer.
Eccentric reducer-
Its use where we want top or bottom of pipe should be in same axis when we change size of same pipe line without any break. The center axis of ecentric Reducer inlet or outlet never same but top or bottom (any one ) axis will same because of this type of design we can easily use ecentric reducer horizontal.Very small amount of air accumulate in this type of ecentric reducer because of design thats why ecentric reducer always use in pump suction.
Thank you

Reducer.
It is use when we need to change pipe size in same line.
Example- if we use 6" pipe line and we need more pressure at discharge so inlet of line is 6" and outlet of line will be 4".to change the size of pipe without any break we will weld a 6"*4" reducer.6" dia side will weld with 6" pipe and 4" dia side will connect with 4" pipe .Reducer have two dia one is large and second is small.
We use two type of reducer's
1).Concentric reducer
2). Eccentric reducer
Concentric reducer.
A concentric reducer is used to join pipe sections or tube sections on the same axis.
Due to same axis of center the top and bottom of both pipes(6"&4") never same in axis but centre axis will always same because of this problem mostly time concentric reducer use in vertical line.
It is mainly use at outlet of pumps.
Why we not use it in suction of pumps?
Ans-Most of time suction line fluid pressure is very low so air can be accumulate and Because of its design air accumulation will happen if air present in suction of pump so pump can be damage and pressure also reduce that's why we don't use concentric reducer at suction of pumps.
So what type of reducer we use in suction of pumps and why?
Ans-Please look our next post you will get your answer.
Hope you will understand about concentric reducer.
Thank you

Working of NRV
In first, valve is allow to flow water but in second when water reverse flow or back pressure that time disc close inlet of valve.
In NRV we can't change inlet or outlet of valve . Outlet and inlet of valve always stay same because of their design like as Glove valve.
A arrow ➡️symbol is given on the valve that's show the flow of fluid or inlet and outlet of valve.
Uses- mainly we use NRV where we want to restrict back pressure or reverse flow.
Pipe line of water, steam, gas, oil and other fluids.
In our cycle tyre tubes from where we fill air in tyretubes also behave like as NRV(non returnable valve) or check valve.
Follow for more knowledge able things related to Engineering and Physics.

Check valve or NRV(Non return valve)
This type of valve used to flow fluid only in one direction or restrict the back pressure.
For example- check valve use in boiler feed water pipe line(from pump to boiler drum) because if pump shutdown so water of drum flow back in pipe line from boiler drum to pump this process is back pressure or reverse flow. From preventing back pressure we use check valve or NRV.

A)What is name of fuel flowing in pipe line?
B)Why ice deposit on valve and pipe?
C)Why not deposit on whole pipe line?
Ans- LPG is fuel flowing in pipe line because the colour of pipe line is yellow and according to pipe line colouring code yellow use for LPG mostly.
B) Ice deposit on pipe line because of condensation.
C) According to Joule-thompson effect pressure is directly proportional to temperature that means if pressure of gas is decreasing so temperature of gas will also decrease.
Normally 100psi pressure decrease 7-8 °F of temperature.
In this case samething happening
High pressure gas is flowing that Side where ice not deposited and after valve pressure of gas decrease so temperature of gas also decrease.
After decrease in temperature ice deposit on pipe and valve because of condensation process.
Condensation- Moisture is present in the air and temperature of moisture is atmosphere temperature whenever moisture found low temperature body moisture attract to body and try to transfer temperature to body ( according to thermodynamics hot body attract to cold body. Hot body lose temperature and cold body gain temperature) when temperature of moisture decrease it's starting changing their state from vapour to liquid to solid.
