Today I came across set of books/journals like 'Do something which CENTERS around you', 'Do something everyday which makes you happy', Do something today which will inspire you'and in similar fashion there were many more books/journal.

If you notice, we do not give ourself that time through the day, because we have hectic day ahead, busy with job, busy at home, don't have help at home, have kids homework to be seem, exams coming, etc...everything else has this power to fill up our calendar IF we do not love ourself enough and block certain time for our health, mental growth, spiritual practise...TODAY MATTERS!! YOU are a priority in your life! Take good care of yourself.

The nutrients in romaine lettuce provide multiple health benefits:
