The RTC at Duttalur, set in a remote rural landscape, exemplifies a neo-traditional architectural approach that harmonizes with its surroundings. The training center is thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted using eco-friendly construction techniques. It primarily employs Compressed Stabilized Earth Blocks (CSEB), which are cast on-site, reducing transportation impact and promoting sustainability.
The structure integrates refurbished wooden elements and traditional pillars, lending it both character and cultural continuity. This combination of locally sourced materials and revived craftsmanship not only minimizes environmental impact but also reinforces a connection to regional building traditions, creating a space that is both functional and contextually rooted.

Mrs.Kanchana Residence,Pondicherry.
Designed on a compact plot, this residence proves that scale is not about size—but clarity of design and material .

Through exposed brick masonry, terracotta tiled roofing, and a central covered courtyard, the house achieves a grounded, breathable character rooted in neo-traditional principles. Every element is purposeful—controlling heat, framing light, and enhancing daily living.

The entrance is never an afterthought.
It is a threshold — a calibrated pause between the chaos of the street and the calm of the home.

Here, the design resists ornamentation.
Instead, it draws from traditional wisdom — shade, proportion, material honesty, and sequence — to shape experience and psychology.
The transition is slow, grounded, and intentional.

More than welcoming, the entrance calms the outside world.
It tempers light, filters movement, and prepares the mind for dwelling.

This is architecture that speaks quietly —
rooted in place, memory, and meaning.

We believe good architecture begins long before the door opens.
