Glimpses of Goa.Handball League 2021

Refereeing in team handball is a complex task, as handball is a fast, physical game involving continuous contact and offensive and defensive actions.
To meet the demands of officiating a match and withstand the pressure generated by players, crowds, and critical moments, Goa Handball Academy conducted a day long Active Referees Evaluation Programme at Assonora Sports Complex.
Junior Handball League Tournament were also conducted among our 4 coaching centres viz Siolim, Aldona, Mulgao-Bicholim and Assonora.

Mulgao centre emerged champions while Siolim Assonora and Aldona bagged the next three positions.
Team Trophies and Individual prizes were handed over by the officials of Goa Handball Academy.

Under 16 Taluka wise Handball tournaments for Boys and Girls will begin from Oct. 2018.
Sattari Bicholim Bardez Pernem and Ponda taluka tournaments are finalised..

We appreciate the time, effort and skills of the participating teams.Quality Handball game by Sangrul Handball Club Kolhapur, United Handballers Fatorda Goa, Ratnagiri Handballers, Lazy Handballers Goa, Banda Handballers and Siolim Handballers were impressive and excellent.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the Pernem Taluka APEO shri Sadanand Sawaldessai and the entire staff of Pernem Sports Complex for their constant support to organise this INVITATIONAL HANDBALL TOURNAMENT in PERNEM TALUKA.
The dedicated people who serve in this Academy also deserve a BIG THANK.... Technical Team as well as Administrative colleagues played a vital role in organizing such a Big Event within a short span of time..
