Stretching helps improve flexibility, posture, recovery, blood flow, and reduces stiffness from daily life and workouts.

1. Child’s Pose Breathing (1 min)
Sit back, arms forward
Deep slow breathing
🎯 Relaxation + recovery

2. Hip Flexor Stretch (30 sec each side)
Kneeling lunge
Push hips forward slightly
Squeeze glute
🎯 Fixes sitting-related pain

3. Deep Squat Hold + Rock (1 min)
Sit in deep squat
Rock side to side
Keep chest up
🎯 Ankles, hips, lower back relief

4. World’s Greatest Stretch (1 min each side)
Deep lunge (Keep the leg stretched not bend like the video) sorry!.
Rotate torso upward
Open chest
🎯 Full body unlock (hips + spine)

5. Cat-Cow Flow (1 min)
Inhale: drop belly, look up
Exhale: round spine, chin in
🎯 Spine mobility + back pain relief

6. Vajrasana Pose (in yoga).
🎯 What It Stretches
Quadriceps (light stretch)
Ankles & feet
Shins
Knee mobility.
