we're taking all the precautions and ready to welcome people.

It's time to get back to silverback gym, cautiously,
please book your slot,
( Gym Entry Time: 6:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m )
we allow only 30 members in a 1-hour batch.
..strictly follow the rules...
>arrive & leave at the allotted time
>Keep ur mask on when u enter the gym & u can wear Faceshield at exercise time,
>clients to compulsory bring their long towels, water bottle, mats...etc
>use a long towel on gym machinery equipment use.
>outside shoes not allowed
>no physical contact, including high-fives & handshakes between people.
