31 today.✨ Another year to embrace the wild, beautiful ride that is life. A few truths I’ve learned for sure up until this point:

1. We can’t truly appreciate the light without also welcoming the dark. Accepting all that is. We hold contradictions and multitudes within us. This is where the real freedom and magic lie. Don’t put yourself in a box.
2. Joy and peace often emerge after life really strips us down, when distractions and what no longer serves us fall away, leaving only what truly matters. These moments remind us of who we are at our core. From endings, new beginnings arise.
3. Don’t grip too tightly. Life is fleeting, unpredictable, and full of wonder. Stay light, have fun, and let curiosity guide you.

As I step into this new lap around the sun, I carry this truth with me: nothing outside of me can take away or create my joy. The light I seek isn’t something to find or hold onto - it’s something to simply remember and come back to, over and over again. I want to keep questioning old beliefs, breaking free from the boxes, and letting the joy flow in…unfiltered, alive and true.
