Hope that holds

Habakkuk 3:18 (KJV) Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.

Father, thank You that come what may, my future is bright with You.

Holy Spirit help me

Acts 2:4 (KJV) And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Dear God, I have exhausted myself by believing that I must make things happen. Holy Spirit, come and help me.

Small but great

Zechariah 4:10 (KJV) For who hath despised the day of small things?

Point me to small, good things, dear God, that make a big difference in me for You.

Jesus is the answer

Daniel 3:25 (KJV) He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.

Dear Jesus, You are the answer when there's no answer.

Colossians 3:17 (NET) And whatever you do in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Loving God, help me to surrender every one of my activities and words to You.

Ecclesiastes 2:25 (NET) For no one can eat and drink or experience joy apart from him.

Dear God, thank You for my usual routines, no matter how boring they may seem at times. Help me to be grateful for Your every blessing in life.
