Goa Electronics Limited Welcomes New Board

Panaji, March 30, 2026:
A meeting of Goa Electronics Limited (GEL) was held on 30th March 2026 at the EDC Conference Hall, Panaji, under the chairmanship of Shri Vinay Dinu Tendulkar, Chairman of GEL and former Member of the Goa Legislative Assembly.

The meeting was attended by Vice Chairman Shri Rupesh Kamat and Directors Shri Naveen Pai Raikar, Ms. Savita Talekar, Shri Kiran Naik, Shri Vithoba Ghadi, CA. Ashwin Kamat(CFO, EDC), and Shri B. S. Pai Angle(MD,EDC) along with other esteemed members of the Board. Shri. B.S. Borkar(MD, GEL) and MS. Revati Kumar( CEO&ED, GEL)

Key Highlights of the Meeting:
The newly constituted Board was formally welcomed. Members were briefed on GEL’s major ongoing and upcoming projects, highlighting their significant role in enhancing public service delivery and strengthening e-Governance initiatives across the State of Goa.

The Board undertook a detailed review of the company’s financial performance for the first three quarters of FY 2025–26. The financial review noted full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Board also approved the appointment of new auditors and consultants for the Financial Year 2026–27, ensuring continued transparency, accountability, and professional governance.

The meeting concluded with constructive discussions and reaffirmed the Board’s commitment to supporting GEL’s mission of driving digital transformation and efficient public service delivery in the State.
