- Past Experience in Real Estate Consulting is Mandatory.
- Should know MS Office & savvy with browsing.

Responsibilities:
- Scouting, Servicing, Maintaining and Retaining Customers.
- POC for all BIZ Nest Customers under the Destination Living Vertical.
- Activating Serviced Apartments for Customers with a complete Checklist
of Deliverables.
- Creating & Managing Inventory & Database of Real Estate Associates & Enterprises, Vendors, Service Agents.
- Making reports for Management and Customers.
- Work closely with the In-House Verticals & Teams.


Skills:
- Graduate with Excellent communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong people and networking skills.
- Savvy with Microsoft Office - Excel.
- Exceptionally upbeat, Positive, enthusiastic and able to keep up to fast-changing situations.

Civil Engineering Officer

Job Description
- Relevant direct civil work experience
- 1-3 yrs of experience
- Vendor network
- Experience in Autocad & 3d designing
- Good communication and MS Office skills

Responsibilities:
- Cook food in a timely manner.
- Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
- Ensure appealing plate presentation.
- Monitor food stock and place orders.
- Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Chef or Cook
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ability to remain calm and multitask.
- Freshers can Apply. Diploma in relevant field would be preferred.

- 2+ Years of Work Experience.
- Past experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Should know Excel, PPT, Word & savvy with browsing.
- Should be Smart, Passionate & Hungry for Growth.

- Work on project preparation and presentation.
- Prepare designs on AutoCAD.
- Conduct site visits if needed.
