MISINTERPRETATION ABOUT INCREASE IN FAR IN RESIDENTIAL PLOTS.
There is very big misinterpretation regarding increase in FAR in Residential plots in Haryana. FAR has been increased to 2.64 from 1.98 for area below 250 sq.mtr and 2.40 from 1.80 for area above 250 sq.mtr. It is to clarify that this Policy for increase in Floor Area Ration (FAR) for residential plots dated 02/09/2019 is only applicable for Licensed Colonies as for CLU granted projects. As of now it is not for plots of HSVP (HUDA previously). So, people thinking about making your construction as per new policy have to wait for this policy to be implemented on HSVP Plots.
Note: - Some Agents are manipulating this policy and increasing the value of residential plots. Please be clear about policy before doing anything.
