Sensitizing youth towards differently able children Children with disabilities should be able to enjoy all the rights guaranteed by the Convention.

They should benefit from special medical care, education and training appropriate to their situation in order for them to live a full, decent and worthy life, attain a certain degree of independence and social integration at the highest possible level, and develop to their maximum potential. RISING SUN is an approach of a group of college students- "amity university" to sensitize the youth towards these special children.
