NITI Aayog’s own report found 75% of Indian women won’t join a skilling programme that’s more than 5km from home.

Not because they don’t want to upskill. Because no one built it close enough.

→ Only 3% of women in India are in formal jobs; 71% stay stuck in informal work or NEET
→ 78% want part-time formats they can fit around caregiving, not classroom-only courses
→ Beyond a 3–5km radius, safety concerns and family permission shut the door — that’s the report’s language, not ours

The upskilling gap for women isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a distance problem.

NITI Aayog’s own report says only 8.25% of Indian graduates land a job that matches their degree.

What it found:
→ 80% of learners say their real gap isn’t knowledge, it’s industry exposure
→ Skilled undergrads earn ₹7,000/month more than unskilled ones - before they even graduate
→ 1.86 crore applications for 55,000 government jobs in under a year
→ Less than 1 in 12 schools in India even teach a vocational subject

Your degree gets you shortlisted. It doesn’t get you hired.
