Spectrum Talent Management is delighted to announce that Atanu Banerjee has been elevated as Chief Executive Officer – Staffing effective April, 2022. In his position he will work closely with the management team to pursue the goals set out as per strategic plan and vision.

Atanu is Masters in Biotech & a Management Graduate from XLRI, he carries an experience of more than a decade across industries in the Biotech, Specialty Chemicals, Online Media & Advertising space and has set exemplary examples for his leadership & interpersonal skills in his journey.

Atanu has been managing optimization through theory of constraints and productive ratio and was managing the General Staffing, IT Staffing & the Managed Service vertical for the organization since 2014. His expertise has facilitated improved business performance, both in terms of revenue and productivity in areas of Sales, Sourcing & Operations.

Spectrum Talent Management has always been on the forefront of recognizing talent in connection with their growth and strategy.
