This summer, the traditional hand block printing technique known as ‘Fadat’, features in our collection.
This intricate printing process, is multi level, tedious and characterized by densely placed floral booties printed using mud resist , dyed in natural colors like madder, teal and indigo.
Historically, these prints were used in women’s ghagras and odhanis in southern Rajasthan.
