Since 2007, the Praani NGO has improved the lives of 14 lakh Indian children. Praani NGO is an organisation that works to better the lives of children who are blind and put an end to preventable vision loss in youngsters. A child's eyes are like little marvels. It is a great tragedy when vision loss is avoidable. We can stop the avoidable if we can gaze into every child's eyes. What is curable can be handled. What can be fixed can be fixed. In order to give children who have failed a vision screening or have other worrying eye disorders free, thorough eye exams, our programmes are performed in both urban and rural locations. According to the Societies Registration Act, 1860, Praani NGO is registered in India. Under section 80G of the Income Tax Act of 1961, all contributions made to the Praani NGO are tax-exempt.
