We Are Hiring – Customer Support & Sales Coordinator (Male/Female)

We are looking for a motivated and skilled candidate to manage IndiaMART enquiries, customer coordination, quotations, and documentation for our electrical panel manufacturing & contracting business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle IndiaMART enquiries (calls, chats & messages)
• Customer follow-ups & enquiry management
• Prepare & send quotations, emails, and documentation
• Maintain Excel sheets, CRM, and customer records
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, and production teams
• Share basic product information (training will be provided)

Required Skills:

✔ Strong proficiency in MS Excel (must)
✔ Experience in Electrical Panel / Electrical Contracting industry preferred
✔ Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
✔ Ability to professionally handle Emails & WhatsApp Business
✔ Highly responsible, organized, disciplined, and a fast learner
✔ Comfortable in managing customer calls & follow-up tracking

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma (Any stream; Electrical preferred)
• Experience in a similar role will be given priority
• Freshers with strong Excel + good communication may also apply

Salary: ₹15000– ₹30,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
