**International Telesales Executive - Australian Shift**

**Company:** RWT Technologies
**Location:** I-Thum Tower, Noida Sector 62
**Shift Timing:** 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Australian Shift)
**Working Days:** 5.5 days (Saturday half-day, Sunday fixed off)
**Salary:** INR 15,000 - 30,000 per month (Inhand) + Uncapped Incentives

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Australia to introduce RWT Technologies’ products and services.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customers and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.

**Requirements:**
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not required for freshers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to work in the Australian shift timings (6:30 AM to 3:30 PM).
