Red Dot Pathology Lab offers a rewarding and challenging opportunity for Marketing professionals looking to excel and further their Career in Medical field. It is an excellent opportunity for self-starters, energetic, enthusiastic and conscientious Marketing professions who are teeming with ideas and having the courage to chase and achieve objectives successfully. We are looking for a Go-getter willing to be the torchbearer of the growth journey of a Medical Start-up. Reporting directly to the Director of business, the incumbent will be a major stakeholder in the growth journey.
Professionals having a flair in ex*****on, planning and willing to work on a mission mode may apply

KRAs:

1. Initiating, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with Doctors, Hospital, Labs and corporates for a profitable business.
2. Planning and executing OPD and Health Check-up camps at Societies, Corporates offices.
3. Conduct Field events, Surveys.
4. Engage with Vendors, Freelancers for Marketing activities, exhibitions, stalls at community events.
5. Making cold calls for business.
6. Competitor and market surveys, analysis to deduce actionable information to formulate marketing strategies and activities.
7. Optimally utilise resources.
8. Co-ordinate with Operation for successful outcomes of strategies.

Qualifications:

PGDBA/Post-Graduate/Graduate , preferably with Major in Marketing
Minimum 2-3 years experience, preferably in Medical field
Good command on MS- Office, online tools
Experience in building and handling small and large teams
Age upto 30 yrs
