* 40% vegetables
* 30% protein
* 30% carbs
Most Indian plates are 10โ70โ20, which makes hunger + fat storage easier.
๐Know Your Oil Calories
1 tablespoon = 120 kcal
Daily cooking generally uses 4โ5 tablespoons for a family.
If you eat โ
of the meal, youโre getting 150โ200 kcal of oil alone.

* 50 kg person โ 50โ60 g protein/day

Eklavvya Path is an NGO dedicated to uplifting children raised by single parents and supporting their families in ways that bring stability, opportunity, and dignity.
