Our hard earned money transferred for buying some other property ? how our project will get complete ?
Supertech owes dues worth Rs 3,358 crore to three authorities in Gautam Budh Nagar Noida Authority, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority and Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority are the three entities. Officials say Supertech will find it difficult to repay the dues now as its CMD was recently arrested on money-laundering charges.

Supertech R K Arora got arrested by ED, though it is late but some action taken.
I hope home buyer will get some resolution to their hard earned money invested in Supertech.

Delhi court directs police to register FIR against Supertech The complaint alleged that the possession of the flat was due in 2017 however, till date neither any flat has been allotted nor the interest is being paid by the alleged company as assured by them at the time of signing of financing agreement.

Supertech books should get audited to find out what they have done with all the money. So much of miss management. If they took money from public from one project then ideally that should get invested into same project and project should get completed. In case of Supertech all project are partially constructed

Noida Authority sealed Supertech office to recover their dues, what public should do ? We are stuck with our hard earned money invested in Supertech.
