Sometimes, small dream projects of Owners allow us to transform visions into reality. Spearheaded by Ar. Rachit, this project in Greater Kailash 1 demanded simplicity and elegance in a compact space where in local essence was required to be retained. The color scheme and artworks combined creates a sensory experience of a local south Indian place for patrons.

From leisurely strolls along the canal to fun-filled play areas and food options, there's something for everyone to enjoy! 🍃🍴 Not only are we creating a landmark for the city, but we're also fostering a sense of belonging for locals towards this previously neglected area. Designing student accommodation and recreation areas inside a public campus is an opportunity we didn't want to miss.

A simple yet effective planning with focus on external view of rooms looking towards the sporting arenas to attract them towards physical activities apart from studies, while providing a large front area suitable for any festivities all around the year closer to students accomodation

Smart City Mission introduced the concept of primary health centres and sub health centres which would be spread across the city. This project has been appreciated in cities like Agra & has been adopted by Jhansi.

Studio Offset is happy to be engaged in the Jhansi project for prototyping of the modules & setting the theme for the project in other cities as well if it is taken up. Presenting you the Module of Sub Health Centre in Steel Structures & partition walls.

Flexible design allows the prototype to be changed as per the plot size while playing with the grids. Also provision of the first floor allows the government to generate revenue from the property to make it self sustainable.

Thrilled to unveil our latest project: Mr. Kailash Saini's serene interior oasis! 🏡✨ Embracing the essence of tranquility, we've curated a space where calm color tones reign supreme and minimalistic design whispers elegance at every corner.

Light oak wooden texture has been used in contrast to neutral white shades to keep the space feel airy. A mix of matte & glossy finishes complements the overall theme. TV backdrop with fluted wooden panel & contrasting white vertical storage adds to the modern contemporary look. And the circular rug gives the space warmth & offsets the straight lines.

We incorporated traditional Moroccan design elements, added a few decorative pieces and tweaked a few things in the ceiling & walls and voila!
