DEEP Foundation

On May 29th and 30th, DEEP Foundation's Udaan Leadership Journey officially concluded its latest cohort in collaboration with PAHAL for local support. The 21st-century life skills initiative brought together nearly 35 college students for an immersive, three-phase experiential learning program designed to equip them for success in their personal and professional lives.
The comprehensive curriculum focused on vital personal development and leadership themes, including:
1) Formulating compelling career goals and adopting a growth mindset.
2)Developing emotional resilience and strong interpersonal relationships.
3)Building broader perspectives through structured debates.
4)Navigating conflicts and understanding the core values of integrity, trust, and commitment.
The program also equipped the participants with a thorough understanding of career planning and current trends. The session on financial planning highlighted the importance of wealth creation in the pursuit of their life goals.
By bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world leadership, the Udaan program has successfully prepared these students to navigate their future careers with confidence and character.

Our offsite excursion to Aurovalley Ashram, Uttarakhand with our Senior School students of the School of Happiness.

Through the 4 day unique Ashram Life Experience, the goal was to give our children an opportunity to step away from chaos and immerse themselves in a structured, serene and spiritually enriching lifestyle that combines meditation, yoga, mindful routines, spiritual learning and community living to holistically nurture the mind, body and soul.

Their day began at 6am with meditation, followed by yoga, eating breakfast and all meals mindfully in silence, shram daan, gaushala + unidiversity visit and spending time with Swami ji. They also participated in outdoor activities like Ganga snaan and Ganga Arati at Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh

It was a life changing and fulfilling experience for the children and they have returned with many learnings that they wish to apply in their day to day lives.
