A porous steel envelope wrapped in green, nestled within an engineering college campus.
With curtain creepers climbing an 8m-high GI mesh, gabion walls doubling as furniture, green pockets puncturing the space and flexible layouts for student life — it’s a space where industrial meets breathable.
Concrete floors, exposed steel, and a mezzanine tucked above the kitchen.
Our new project is perched on a hill top with a panoramic view of the river. The plan is spread across a single level to maximise the view from all the spaces. The villa follows a simple geometry with modern aesthetic. ..

Udoji Maharaj Museum of Education Heritage (UMMEH)is a conservation project of a 100 year old structure.
The ambition of this project lies in the idea of treating heritage with due consideration and respect the ethos of the old boarding school while amending it with just a few, well-considered interventions.

Corporate headquarters of Grainotch distilleries Pvt Ltd at Aurangabad.
The office sits in the distillery campus. The chairman’s vision was to have a “corporate office unlike a typical corporate office” where it would be a low rise structure in sync with nature. The 10,000 sq ft office, is a C shaped structure opening out to the courtyard on the North face. The programs are arranged in a non-hierarchical order with a common corridor that connects them together.
Exposed brick vaults form the major part of the roofing on the ground floor. It’s an earthen material palette of exposed brick, newasa stone, exposed concrete and mangalore tiles.
