Here are 3 rarely shared tips that'll help your passion fruit vine thrive in containers 🔽

• Add a bottom layer of cocopeat or gravel mixed with compost to act as a moisture and keeps roots cool and hydrated in hot months without waterlogging the plant

• While passion fruit vines love the sun, their roots don'tlike being baked, especially in pots. Use mulch or a companion plant at the base to shade the roots slightly

• Fertilise your passion vine every 2-3 weeks during the growing and flowering season using natural options like banana peel compost, vermicompost, or diluted seaweed solution

BONUS TIP✨ In pots, pollinators may not always find your vine. A little-known trick: use a soft brush or cotton swab to gently transfer pollen between flowers during mid-morning

Here's something we shouldn't have done which made the plant healthy and gave plenty harvest⬇️

• Feeding the saplings with a mild fertilizer like rice washed/ soaked water or compost tea every 2 days

• Picking outer leaves first, allowing the plant to keep growing

• Planting in cooler months, and providing partial shade to delay bolting
