Sometimes, life forces you to move so you can grow even deeper roots. 🌳📦

In Episode 8 of "MYKA Brewing Dreams," we’re sharing the most challenging chapter of our journey so far: The Relocation.

We were running full-throttle at our previous spot when unforeseen circumstances forced us to make a tough call. Suddenly, we had to leave the space we called home and start again from scratch. It wasn't just a move; it was a total reimagining.

We spent nights measuring every inch of our new location, figuring out how to fit our dreams—and our equipment—into a blank canvas. We had to adapt, troubleshoot, and purchase new pieces while making sure the Café and Boutique still felt like the MYKA you love. 🛠️✨

To be honest? We’re still settling in. Every day is a work in progress as we fine-tune the corners of our new home in Mysuru. But the one thing that never wavered was your support.

The overwhelming response we’ve received since reopening has been our biggest fuel. We may have started from scratch, but we did it with all of you by our side.

It’s the question we get asked more than any other. In Episode 5 of "MYKA Brewing Dreams," we’re diving into the heart of our culinary philosophy.

While our roots are firmly planted in the soil of Mysuru, Karnataka, we wanted to offer our city a window to the world. We chose Italian cuisine not just for the flavors, but for the philosophy: a deep respect for fresh ingredients, the art of slow cooking, and the belief that a meal should be an experience, not just a necessity. 🌿🍕

We didn’t want to replicate what’s already done beautifully in every home in Mysuru. We wanted to bring something new—an artisanal escape where the simplicity of Italian soul meets the warmth of our local hospitality.

From our stone-baked pizzas to our hand-crafted pasta, we’re proving that you don’t need a passport to taste the Mediterranean. You just need to step into MYKA.

In Episode 4 of "MYKA Brewing Dreams," we’re pulling back the curtain on the obsession behind our menu. We didn’t just want to be "another cafe" in Mysuru, Karnataka—we wanted to be a benchmark for unique, artisanal dining.

Before a single dish was finalized, it went through:
✨ Dozens of iterations: Testing 15 different flour blends for the perfect pizza crust.
✨ Round-the-clock tastings: Adjusting the acidity of our tomato sauce by a fraction to get that authentic Italian soul.
✨ Technical Precision: Finding the exact temperature that makes our Mashed Potato Stuffed Eggs melt-in-the-mouth.

The menu you see today is the result of relentless dedication and an refusal to settle for "good enough." Every bite is a testament to the hours of effort put in by our team to bring you something truly unique.

Sometimes, the best decision is the one where you say "No" to the safe bet. 🚫✨

In Episode 2 of "MYKA Brewing Dreams," we’re sharing a secret: MYKA almost didn’t happen. Our original plan was to bring a well-known franchise to Mysuru, Karnataka. The papers were ready, the LOI was signed, and the path was set.

But as we looked at the blueprints, we realized something crucial—our city didn't need another chain; it needed a soul. We wanted a space that reflected our own standards for Italian-inspired cuisine and artisanal quality. So, we took a leap of faith, tore up the plan, and decided to build MYKA from the ground up.

It was the harder path, but seeing you all in our café today makes us realize it was the only path.
