A significant part of 2020 for Proinnovate has been about consulting for and designing sustainable business systems and strategies for An Ode To Gaia to do more with less. This includes design, packaging, strategy, team culture, products, tech, pricing and a lot more!

A part of design involved creating a completely new brand identity - logo, colours, typography, packaging and more! It took us a few months, a tremendous amount of clarity and innumerable discussions between our designers Harshil Vora and Prutisha Gogri - to get to this point. They make a great design team! ❤️☺️

I’m finally revealing the new logo!!!😱🤗❤️I’m definitely still in love with my old logo, I loved the pastels and I loved the big floral elements more! However, this new logo captures all the things I wanted, the pink marble look, the beautiful flowers, the elegance and a font that is romantic and legible too. I’m equally in love with this one now. 💖
The team at has really gone above and beyond to accommodate everything I wanted and more. Working on this project has been tiring but so fun and you’ll be seeing a lot more of the new bomb ass packaging and logo in the upcoming posts 🌸swipe to see how it’ll look on all the boxes 😱 The introvert inside me is still not 100% cool with my name on all the boxes..

*Product Design Opportunity*

India’s 1st Upcycling Platform, Kabaad Ka Jugaad® (KKJ), is looking for product design interns (paid position). The role will encompass the designing, prototyping, 3D modeling and testing of Polyblox - India’s 1st modular upcycled construction technology; primarily the joinery system that forms the core of the technology. We have already received an invitation to present this to the Chief Minister of the Government of Maharashtra once it is ready.

KKJ is a Social Enterprise aiming to create a ‘Global Self-Sustaining Upcycling Industry’. Towards this goal, our current stage involves creating PolyBlox, our high-impact, affordable and scalable product technology from upcycled plastic! This system has the potential to upcycle over 70% of all plastic waste and include it in a circular economy.

KKJ is looking for somebody who believes in doing more with less & integrates sustainability at the core of her/his designs. Creating this product technology with us will be an opportunity for the intern to directly impact the plastic-pollution-problem with sustainable innovation.

Stipend - Rs. 8,000 - Rs. 15,000/- per month (full time, 2+ months, June & July 2020)

*We take time to find and keep people who we’d like to work long-term with, hence further opportunities at the enterprise can be discussed after the first 2 months of the internship.

TIPS for Students - Batch of Summer 2018 (28th May to 1st June)
P.S. we experimented with our space by conducting the programme at a beautiful dance studio called in Matunga and it was loved by all!

We admit, this one is long overdue. The reason this batch is special to us is that its made us challenge our earlier notion that a classroom must consist of students with of the same age group and same academic background.
We present to you 9 amazing students, from 8th Grade to 12th Grade belonging to different schools and colleges, different backgrounds and totally different interests!
It challenged us to redesign and mass personalize the course, content and material to suit each individual. We made a hypothesis about how Mass Personalization can be implemented sustainably, for any educational purpose, by empowering students to design their assignments based on their interests.
This batch provided us with a brilliant opportunity to test our hypothesis and we're proud and happy to say that the results have been fantastic! After almost an year, we've received word from quite a few students and parents alike, that the impact of the programme is making the participants a lot more independent and empowering them with the ability to solve any kind of problem in their lives! Be it choosing their career, managing their time, social concerns, whatever it may be. And a lot of them have taken to their passions while overcoming all the obstacles they've been facing on the way.
