Chikoo Milkshake

Ingredients:

1. 4 Chikoo
2. 1 glass milk
3. 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
4. 1 tablespoon Vanilla Ice cream
5. 1 tablespoon Sugar
6. Chopped dry fruits

How To Prepare:

1. First washed and remove the skin of Chikoo properly.
2. Cut the chikkos and remove the seeds.
3. Put chikku in a juicer or mixer and add milk.
4. Add sugar if you feel the chikoo are not too sweet
otherwise don’t add.
5. Add vanilla ice cream (if you liking then add)
6. Blend all the ingredients for a minute or until a
smooth.
7. Open the jar add ice cubes and again Blend.
8. Chikoo milkshake is ready. Take a glass and pour in 9.

9. Garnish with chikoo pieces/vanilla ice cream/chopped
dry fruits.
10. Serve chilled..

Butter Garlic Toast

Ingredients:

1.Garlic Bread ( you can use brown or whole wheat bread also)
2.6 to 7 peeled garlic cloves
3.1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
4. 2 tablespoon butter

How To Prepare:

1.Crush peeled garlic cloves and chopped coriander leaves together
2. Slice the garlic bread / Slice the bread into triangular and rectangular slices.
3. Spread butter and Crush garlic cloves and coriander leaves mixture on pan with medium flame.
4. Spread butter one side of the bread slices and toast the bread till little crispy (as per your liking)
5. Meanwhile spread some butter and Crush garlic cloves and coriander leaves mixture on the top side.
6. When the bread toasted, turn over and toast the other side.

Tips: if you want you can add red chili flakes and oregano also.

Healthy and Easy Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup Sprouted Green Gram
2. 1/2 cup chopped Cucumber
3. 1/2 cup chopped Spring Onion
4. 1 cup chopped Onion
5. 1 tablespoon Green Chillies
6. 1 cup chopped Carrot
7. 1 cup chopped Tomato
8. 1/2 cup Fenugreek Leaves
9. 1/2 teaspoon Salt
10. 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
11. 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
12. 1/2 teaspoon Virgin Olive Oil
13. 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice

How To Prepare:

1. In a large bowl, mix all the chopped vegetables together.
2. Garnish with Fenugreek Leaves and gently mix together until well combined.
3. Serve Immediately or cover and store in the fridge for up to 3 hours.

Fruit Salad

1. 3 cups chopped grapefruit
2. 4 cups cubed watermelon
3. ½ cup Chopped strawberry
4. 1/2 up pomegranate
5. 2 tablespoons chopped basil
6. ½ cup pineapple juice
7. 4 tablespoons lime juice
8. ¼ teaspoon salt
9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
10. Handful of mint leaves

How To Prepare

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Garnish with mint leaves.
3. Serve Immediately or cover and store in the fridge for up to 3 hours.
