This day we worshiped devi Maha Gauri. She symbolize purity and serenity. She is believed to bless her devotees with calmness and strength, removing all past sins and leading them towards a peaceful future.

Day 7 of Navratri ✨️

Maa Kalaratri is worshipped on the seventh day of Navratri.

Maa Kalaratri complexion is dark black and she rides on a donkey. She is depicted with four hands. Her right hands are in Abhaya and Varada Mudra and She carries sword and the deadly iron hook in her left hands.

She blesses her devotees with Abhaya and Varada Mudras. Because of her Shubh( auspicious) power within her ferocious form devi Kalaratri is also known as devi Shubhankari (शुभंकरी).

Day 6 of Navratri ✨️

This divine day is dedicated to Maa Katyayani, representing strength, courage, and determination. Bhakts pray to her for empowerment and the ability to overcome challenges in their lives.

The color associated with this day is red, symbolizing energy and passion. Worshippers focus on gaining inner strength and resilience, asking for protection from negativity and the power to achieve their goals.

The day is marked by prayers, rituals, and the wearing of red to honor the goddess’s fierce and powerful nature.

Navratri Day 5 ✨️🔱

This day we worshiped Maa Skandamata, the nurturing mother of Bhagwaan Kartikeya. She rides a lion, representing her protective nature. The color for Day 5 is White, a symbol of purity, peace, and wisdom. Let the blessings of Maa Skandamata fill your life with tranquility and divine strength.

Day 3 of Navratri ✨️

This day is dedicated to devi Chandraghanta, the third form of devi Durga. She symbolizes bravery, grace, and courage. Devotees worship her to seek inner peace, strength, and success in their endeavors.

She is depicted with a half-moon on her forehead, which gives her the name “Chandraghanta,” and she rides a tiger, symbolizing valor. Her form is believed to remove all sins, mental troubles, and physical suffering of her devotees.

On this day, the color of the festival is white, representing peace and serenity. Devotees offer prayers, flowers, sweets, and fruits to seek her blessings for a peaceful and prosperous life. Many also practice fasting and perform rituals to honor the devi’s divine power.

Day 2 of Navratri✨️🔱

On the second day of Navratri, devi Brahmacharini is worshipped. She is the unmarried form of devi Parvati, signifying penance, devotion, and self-sacrifice.

Devi Brahmacharini is depicted as holding a rosary in her right hand and a water pot (kamandalu) in her left hand. She symbolizes calmness, wisdom, and spiritual enlightenment.

Devotees pray to her for strength and perseverance on the path of righteousness. The color associated with this day is white, representing purity and peace.

Navratri- day1 🔱✨️

Maa Shailaputri, the first form of devi Durga worshipped on the first day of Navratri, represents the embodiment of purity and strength. Her name, “Shailaputri, means the daughter of the mountains, as she is the daughter of King Himavat, the lord of the Himalayas.

She is depicted riding a bull (Nandi), holding a trident in one hand and a lotus in the other, symbolizing her power and connection with nature.

Maa Shailaputri is revered as the essence of Mother Nature and is associated with the root chakra (Muladhara), symbolizing the grounding and stability essential for spiritual awakening. Worshipping her is believed to bring peace, strength, and prosperity to devotees, as she bestows her blessings for a strong spiritual foundation.
