This Women’s Day, we’re celebrating some incredible women who inspire our journey.

First, our very own founder, Devina - someone whose ambition truly knows no limits. Her constant drive for growth and her belief in pushing boundaries keeps the entire team energized and moving forward with passion.

Next, Nehal. Having worked with her across multiple projects, she consistently brings a strategic lens to the table. With her roots in UX, she has a natural ability to guide teams toward effective outcomes — all while being the kind of thoughtful, supportive teammate everyone loves working with.

We’d also like to celebrate Rashida, the creative force behind many of our marketing initiatives. Her ability to translate ideas into compelling creative, combined with the confidence to take the lead, makes her an incredible partner to work with.

And finally, a special shoutout to Shaamlie, who has been inspiring our team as a leadership coach. It’s rare to meet someone who carries such calm while holding such powerful passion within and knows exactly how to channel that energy to uplift and motivate a team.

Here’s a list of 4 best practices that we’ve cornered after running LDJ successfully a few times 🤗

👉🏻Give context to your participants before the session commences (duration, agenda, medium, requirements & expected outcome)

👉🏻Set out some time before the session so as to ensure everybody gets comfortable before beginning the session.

👉🏻The first time won’t be the best. Try it a few times with different variations.

👉🏻Remember that the moderator’s the soul in this session. Make sure they do the job right.

One desired output requires multiple drafts and a product delivery team that works in-sync to create & deliver visually appealing yet simple to use products.

It surely isn’t one person’s job!😅
