Life Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Gestalt, Hatha Yoga, Nirmiti Nidra, Diet, CBT and REBT all have a role depending on the situation we are trying to address.
In the journey this year, we addressed social anxiety, mild depression, sleep patterns, personal productivity, mild PTSD, chronic pain, procrastination, weight-loss, stress, phobias, confidence building, anger management, insomnia, smoking cessation, managing teams, intrinsic motivation, communication challenges, etc.
