HEALTH IN A BOWL 🥢✨ | Kung Pao Tofu
Crispy, saucy, protein-packed goodness made simple 💛
Featuring tofu from Mooz – clean, wholesome, and perfect for everyday meals!
What you need:
• 1 pack tofu (sautéed till golden)
• 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
• A little ginger + shallots
• 1 cup mixed bell peppers 🌈
• 5–8 cashews
• Sesame seeds
• Salt + chilli flakes
For the sauce:
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• ½ tbsp sriracha
• ½ tbsp corn flour + 3 tbsp water
How to make it:
1. Sauté garlic, ginger & shallots till fragrant.
2. Toss in bell peppers and cook on high flame for that crunch.
3. Add sautéed tofu, cashews & sesame seeds.
4. Pour in the sauce, mix well and let it thicken.
5. Season and serve hot!
